The road more traveled nowadays…

I have been blessed in more ways than one and I found that living in a country so rich in culture, gastronomy and nature has been one of the Universe’s biggest gifts to me. I got to experience the world at a very young age through the goggles of an adult (or so I thought) and eventually stumbled on a path of self healing, nurturing and re finding myself. More than anything else, I needed a spiritual compass to find my road.

After much much soul searching, I started catching a glimpse of my true self in running. I felt invincible. I caught my very own running bug who I absolutely loved and, with help of my sister and lots of friends, got entangled in races (5ks, 10ks and half marathons), I ran in the woods and the road, and rarely did I feel like boxing myself in a treadmill. Nature had a way of nurturing my feet and body more than I could expect.

I suddenly found myself with running buddies, and more intense commitments on the side. I found  spiritual practice that suited my needs and I became a vegetarian and mountain biker (still in the process for this one). And then, I crossed one item of my bucket list: running my first marathon in Disney World. After that, all bets were off.

Still, I longed for something else and I honestly wanted to learn more about  healthier and more fulfilling life. After a few days of struggling with a sense of longing for something I had no idea what it could be, I finally found the answer: Health Coaching. Thanks to Institute of Integrative Nutrition I was able to connect with a lot of like minded people who were also looking to strive in a healthier and simpler lifestyle. I want to share this knowledge with my family, friends and the rest of the world. There are many of us out there, on this road more traveled, committed to find what works best for me and what dietary theory suits my blood type, my schedule, my digestive system and the whole enchilada!

Finding myself has been my lifelong journey. Everybody has to start somewhere and your journey could start with this 6 month program.
