After struggling with many decisions in the last few years, I decided that my lifestyle should not be such a tough decision. So, I discovered that “pure and simple” was the way to go: back to basics. I started working on my relationships (family and friends), exercise regimen, having fun, drinking more water and finding time for myself. With time, it got so much easier and everything else just fell into place. I found my path in Health Coaching, a space were I can help women and adolescents who want to lose weight in a healthy way and who want to improve their lifestyle through self care techniques.
